Well, that’s a tad rude, don’t you think?!
On Sunday, Mad Max: Fury Road took home quite a few Oscars, including the award for Best Costume Design. But when costume designer Jenny Beavan made her way to the front of the Dolby Theatre, it looked like a LOT of people weren’t applauding her achievement!

In a viral video posted to Vine, you can clearly see stars — including Best Director winner Alejandro González Iñárritu, who even had his arms crossed — blatantly NOT clapping for the UK native!

Some are speculating that the superstar attendees were too distracted by her unconventional, bedazzled leather jacket to remember to put their hands together.
But regardless of the reason, it would seem unfair to deny Miz Beavan the respect she deserves for winning!
However, a longer clip shows that eventually, as Jenny gets closer to the stage, those who weren’t clapping before end up applauding after all!
