Kris Jenner still has some questions about her ex’s transition to womanhood.
The reality star appears in an upcoming episode of “I Am Cait,” and is shocked to learn Caitlyn Jenner has changed her name on several pieces of documentation, including her birth certificate.
“For the last four, five months, I had lawyers and everything changing my name,” the former Olympian shared in a sneak peek clip of the episode, which reunites the two exes.
“You can go all the way back to your birth certificate and change that. And I did,” she continued.
The “I am Cait” star revealed her license now says “Caitlyn Marie Jenner,” and lists her as female. She’s also in the process of changing her passport.
Kris Jenner is still looking for answers.
The confession that scrubbing of Bruce Jenner out of her life was something that clearly hurt Kris.
“That’s kind of sad, though,” the 60-year-old momager responded.
“Wait a second,” the stunned mom-of-six added, interrupting her former husband.
“Does this mean that he didn’t exist if you changed the birth certificate? Wait, was I ever married? Was I legally married?” she asked.
The question mirrors the confusion she had soon after the gender transition.
“I have these memories of this life and I feel sometimes like it didn’t exist,” she tearfully told her daughter, Kim Kardashian, during an episode of “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” which aired last year.
The lingering pain was evident during her soon-to-air appearance as the famous matriarch also reflected on giving away the clothes Bruce once wore.
“I thought, ‘Wait a second! I spent 23 years building this fabulous wardrobe,’” she explained. “Who knew I was buying the wrong s—!”
Her 66-year-old ex looked grim as she shared the reflection.
The couple clashed over how much was revealed by Caitlyn about her transition desires.
In another recent cameo from last week, the pair argued about how much was divulged about Caitlyn’s transgender desires during their marriage.
The couple were married for 23 years and separated in June 2013—two years before Caitlyn made her Vanity Fair debut.
