Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin has been arrested yet again … this time in Minnesota for allegedly driving while intoxicated — a whopping four times the legal limit — and leading cops on a 100 MPH chase.
According to the Renville County Sheriff’s Department, Scantlin was initially spotted speeding and led the arresting officer on a high-speed pursuit … with speeds reaching approximately 100 MPH.
The arresting officer said in his report … when he finally pulled Scantlin over, he was slurring his words and smelled of alcohol.
The officer says he then administered a preliminary breathalyzer test and Scantlin blew a .310 … a whopping FOUR TIMES the legal limit.
He was eventually charged with DWI and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. Since Scantlin refused to submit to further testing, he was charged for that too.
Scantlin had prior arrests for drug possession in 2012 and domestic violence in 2013.
