Monday was a very scary day for Lil Wayne as his plane was forced to land and the artist was taken to a hospital after he suffered multiple seizures — but he’s already back to performing!
Despite the rapper’s scary mile high incident, he stopped by the Samsung booth at the E3 to help promote his upcoming mobile skateboarding game Sqvad Up and he ended up rapping for the lucky fans in attendance!

Wearing a yellow hat, gray shorts, sweatshirt, and sunglasses, Wayne performed a medley of 15 songs that included hits like A Milli, Lollipop, and Truffle Butter.
Though we already heard from a rep for the 33-year-old that he was in “good spirits” following the seizures, it’s always better to see the proof for yourself. Not to mention, it seems like the Right Above It rapper has really bounced back as one source dished:
“He seemed like he was in great spirits, laughing and joking around with his skateboard friends.”
The insider even revealed:
“Definitely couldn’t tell he just got out of the hospital.”
The performance not only had L.W. rapping some of his hits, but there were great visuals too as skateboarders did tricks behind him to stick with the theme of the artist’s game.
As for the music producer’s latest project, Sqvad Up allows fans and users to transport themselves into the musician’s body or be apart of his crew while learning about Wayne’s passion for skating!

As a bonus, Samsung also had some 4D VR chairs that allowed users to experience the dips and dives of a rollercoaster… so, obviously the rapper had to give it a go (below).
